Often it happens that we are at a dead end on our creative path. Nothing new comes to mind. The created things turn out to be similar, uninteresting, boring. Gradually, our creative potential also fades away. There are ideas, but they are boring. What prevents our development? Is it really impossible to make the creative process endless? Without deadlocks? After all, we want so much that anything created by us is a genius, in demand and unique in its kind. What's stopping us?
It turns out that our own brain is plotting us. The brain takes far more energy than other organs. About twenty percent of the energy consumed by the body goes to it, although its size is only two percent of the total weight of the human body. It is for this reason that our precious brain puts us blocks when we try to make it work. Each of us makes whole sequences of actions automatically, even without noticing them. For example, the master does the next thing according to the same principle. Hands do everything themselves, but the thoughts are somewhere far away. And things that are not related to creativity, such as brushing your teeth, breakfast, the same way to work, are not even remembered. Perhaps you do not even remember what you did during the day. Many things simply elude our attention. Because our brain does not like to strain again. Once the neural network has identified a familiar sequence of actions, the brain relaxes immediately and starts the desired algorithm. And here we are, like robots, doing everything automatically, without even thinking. And this happens day after day. So the work is inanimate, boring, and monotonous. How Can We Make Our Brain Work? It seems that the energy saving process is useful. But you can get stuck in this state of rest. It is necessary to leave the comfort zone. Change your workflow to have a brighter life, to get a flow of ideas. To begin with, clean your teeth with the other hand start a new route to work look around. Read new books, watch the films you haven’t seen. You need to change the usual things constantly. The brain will start to develop. There will be so many ideas that you will not be able to realize. Life will sparkle with new colors. And the days will be longer. Remember, in the days of childhood they were the longest, weren’t they? Try to monitor what you are doing closely. You will like it. You will not be stopped. Each of us has a huge potential, it is only necessary to uncover and develop it.
