There may be many causes why a person's confidence is lowered, but there are also some tips on how you can boost it. Focus on your goal; not on other people
Focusing on other people can get you discouraged instead of gain confidence especially if they are full of negativity. Don’t let what other people think of you drain your confidence. Block out their voices so you can focus more on your goal. Don’t welcome negative thoughts It is not only the people around you that can discourage you but also your thoughts; but just if you welcome negative ones. If fear and worry are slowly making their way in your mind, erase them right away. Don't let them linger and cause damage to your confidence. Don’t stop learning The more knowledge you gain, the more you will be confident in what you are doing, and the higher your chances are to be the greatest in your craft. Take care of yourself This refers to your well-being, be it physical, health, mental, emotional. Eat healthy, exercise, dress well, etc. Looking and feeling good will make you love yourself more and is very effective in boosting your confidence. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes Mistakes are common to people. You are human, and you are not perfect. Mistakes can teach you lessons. Being afraid to make mistakes is one main reason why you are not confident. Remember that even the most significant people in history who had invented the things we use nowadays committed mistakes in their experiments before they got it perfect. You can't be the greatest if you never make mistakes.
